Acceptable / Unacceptable File Formats
Preferred File Format: EPS file with text converted to outlines/curves.
Accepted File Formats: AI, PSD, PDF, TIFF, BMP, or JPEG (All raster files must be 300 dpi or higher) Note :: All files are printed CMYK. Pantone colors may vary due to CMYK conversion.
Unacceptable File Formats: MS Word, MS Publisher, JPEG or GIF (Low resolution) Note :: Unacceptable artwork is subject to a design fee of $50.00 per hour.
Art Services & Setup Fees
Art Services: Our Graphic Arts Department is here to assist you with any design needs that you may have. All art services are billed at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
Setup Fees: All new orders are charged a one-time fee of $75.00(s).

Guidelines: Bleed Size: 8.125" X 2.25" (.125" Bleed) Trim Size: 8.125" X 2.125" (Finish Size) Required Source Information: Please allow 1" of text free space at the right edge of the label for source information as seen on the label template. Our label overlaps right edge over left edge. Text or graphics within 1/8" from inside the trim size on the label's left edge may be covered by overlap. Please ensure adequate free space for text and graphics that you do not want to be overlapped.
Please convert text to outlines.
We use Adobe Illustrator CS2 for PC. Please save files accordingly.
Color Specifications: All files are printed in CMYK. Patone colors are printed in their respective CMYK equivalents. Artwork Specifications: Downloadable versions available in [PDF] [JPG]
